Culturally Sensitive, Inner Work-Focused Therapy and Counseling

Whether you’re looking to build a grounded sense of self-worth, deepen self-awareness, foster personal integrity, navigate existential, relational, and social challenges, or discover your unique calling and path, I offer an integrative, culturally sensitive approach to support your transformative journey.

My Approach & Services

In my therapeutic work, I help clients explore both internal and external factors that shape their self-worth, well-being, and overall functioning. I believe that developing self-awareness involves understanding our needs, recognizing inner tensions, uncovering personal resources, and finding a meaningful sense of direction in life.
With a background in Counseling Psychology, professional training in mental health clinics in the USA, years of therapeutic experience, and an academic foundation in Sociology, I integrate this diverse expertise to offer comprehensive, culturally sensitive support. I emphasize the importance of examining cultural, familial, and societal influences that shape our beliefs, behaviors, and life choices.
I foster collaborative and trusting relationships with my clients, creating a safe and creative therapeutic space. This environment allows us to explore and integrate the different aspects of their experiences, needs, and personalities. Together, we uncover meaning, recognize inner conflicts, and work toward a sense of balance and alignment.
Dream Work is a key part of my practice, as I believe dreams reveal hidden conflicts, unresolved challenges, and untapped creative potential. These insights—often overlooked in waking life—are essential for deepening self-awareness and discovering an authentic life path.
My approach is informed by a range of psychotherapy models, including Humanistic, Analytical, Existential, Archetypal, and Multicultural perspectives, allowing me to tailor the process to each client’s unique journey.

About Me
I graduated with honors from the Counseling Psychology master’s program at Palo Alto University in California, USA. This program uniquely combines in-depth theoretical education in counseling and psychotherapy with a strong focus on client advocacy and social justice, alongside clinical training under continuous supervision.

During my studies, I gained hands-on experience as a Residential Counselor at the Center for Discovery in Menlo Park, where I supported clients in their daily activities and facilitated psychoeducational group therapy sessions. I also completed clinical training at the YMCA Mental Health Services in San Mateo, providing individual, family, and group counseling to clients, including youth and families, addressing a broad range of psychological challenges.

After graduating, I further developed my expertise as a Clinical Counselor Intern at a residential facility in Hayward, California, specializing in mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. These roles not only deepened my skills but also exposed me to working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, enhancing my proficiency in multicultural counseling and my understanding of how cultural and social contexts shape mental health and well-being.

In 2017, I returned to Poland and joined a therapy center in Warsaw, where I provided individual psychotherapy for adults. In 2020, I established my private practice, where I continue to support clients in their transformative journeys.
Additional Education and Activities
In addition to my counseling education, I hold a master’s degree in Sociology from Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. This academic foundation provides me with a profound understanding of social and cultural dynamics that influence our mindset and behaviors. I have also completed postgraduate studies in Coaching, which enhanced my ability to support clients in identifying their strengths, setting goals, and achieving personal and professional development.

Beyond my therapeutic practice, I am a co-founder of the Independent Association for Archetypal Psychology, where I engage in the exploration of symbolic, archetypal, and depth-oriented approaches to mental health and social life. I am also the host of the podcast Bliżej Znaczenia (Closer to the Meaning), where I delve into the symbolic meanings of images, narratives, and cultural patterns that shape our lives. Through this platform, I aim to empower listeners to deepen their self-awareness and embrace a more authentic and meaningful life.

"Bliżej Znaczenia" (Closer to the Meaning) is a Polish-language podcast delving into the symbolic and psychological significance of cultural codes, archetypes, works of art and literature, narratives, social norms, dreams, and other related areas that influence our psychological functioning and social life. Join us for intimate conversations and personal reflections that will help you better understand yourself and the world.
